How should I apply it?
Apply directly to your eyelid and blend immediately. Recommended brushes: 228 Crease Definer, 230 Detail Smoky Blender, 234 Smoky Shader.

Can it be used on the waterline?
Not recommended directly on the waterline, but suitable below the waterline.

How do I prevent drying?
Close the cap until you hear a clear “click” to prevent drying.

Is it vegan and cruelty-free?
