We are looking for part-time reinforcement for our Customer Care Team starting immediately (20-30 hours/week)

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (M/F/D)

As a Customer Care Team member (m/f/d), you will be the face of our brand and an essential part of the customer service team. You will assist our customers with any questions and issues, ensuring that every enquiry is handled professionally and efficiently.

JOB

  • Interact with our customers from around the world via email, social media, messaging services, and live chat.
  • Represent the ZOEVA brand and provide our customers with excellent service at all times
  • Process orders through our Shopify and ERP platform
  • Build close relationships with other departments to coordinate all product and service enquiries quickly, seamlessly, and to our customers' satisfaction
  • Handle and respond to customer product reviews and user-generated content 
  • Participate in continuous product training to become fully knowledgeable about the ZOEVA range and provide customers with optimal advice and cross-selling opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Excellent spoken and written English and German skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written French is an advantage
  • Passion for working with customers as well as excellent communication and service-oriented skills
  • At least one year of professional experience in customer service or the service industry
  • Flexible schedule with availability on weekends
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, set priorities, and organise your workload
  • A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn and face new challenges
