How long does delivery take?

How long do I have to return my order?
You can return unused and unopened products within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure the products have not been used or opened.

Can I return opened cosmetic products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. We can only accept returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–14 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After each use, tap off any excess powder to prevent buildup. Clean your puff thoroughly every 1–2 weeks with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser, like the ZOEVA Brush Shampoo Bar. Gently rub to remove residue, rinse thoroughly, and press out excess water with a towel. Lay flat to air dry before use.
