A: You can return unused and unopened products within 28 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please make sure the products have not been used or opened. Q: Can I return opened cosmetic products? A: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. We can only accept returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Q: Who pays for return shipping?
